Holiday Timetable
All boarding students must arrive and depart within the times below. Please complete an absence request form for any term-time leave.
For any leave of absence during term time please fill in an Absence Request Form (PDF), or complete it on your computer and email it to info@dawatulimaan.org.

Sunday Visiting & Bag Collection
Parents are welcome to visit their sons and drop off bags on scheduled Sundays throughout the academic year.

Absence Request
Exceptional leave during term time is strongly discouraged and will only be authorised in truly exceptional circumstances. Submit a request before making any arrangements.
Parents requesting any leave during term time — for holidays, appointments, or other reasons — must submit an absence request form before making any arrangements. Unapproved absences are not permitted.

Important Reminders
- Forms must be submitted before any arrangements are made.
- Students must be punctual in departing and returning at all break times.
- No student may leave the Darul Uloom boundary without permission.
- Parents must comply when attendance at the Darul Uloom is requested.
